Welcome to Kingston Junk Car Removal (“Kingston Junk Car Removal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (kingstonjunkcarremoval.ca) and our services in Kingston, Ontario and surrounding areas (the “Services”). By visiting our site, requesting a quote, booking a pickup/drop-off, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or Services.
Eligibility
You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have clear, written authorization from the owner to sell or transfer it. You must be at least the age of majority in your province/territory (18 in Ontario).
Quotes & Offers
Quotes are based on information you provide (vehicle make/model/year, condition, location, accessibility, parts presence/absence, market scrap values) and our inspection.
Quotes are firm once confirmed by us, subject to verification upon pickup or drop-off. If actual condition materially differs from the information provided, we may adjust or withdraw the offer.
Quotes typically include free towing within our standard service area unless stated otherwise.
Pricing, Payment & Title Transfer
Payment is normally cash on pickup or e-transfer if agreed in advance.
You represent that the vehicle is free of undisclosed liens or encumbrances. If a lien exists, you must disclose it and provide written lienholder authorization.
Title/ownership transfers to Kingston Junk Car Removal once payment is made and the vehicle is in our possession. You agree to sign all necessary transfer and bill-of-sale documents.
Appointments, Cancellations & Delays
We strive for same-day or scheduled service windows; however, pickup times can vary due to weather, traffic, safety, and operational constraints.
Please notify us promptly to reschedule or cancel. If the vehicle is not as described or is inaccessible at the scheduled time, a new appointment may be required.
For drop-offs, arrive at your scheduled time with required documents (ownership, ID, keys if available).
Access & Safety Requirements
You are responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle (e.g., keys if available, parking location, gate codes) and for disclosing hazards (leaks, sharp debris, unstable terrain, underground garages, etc.).
We may decline service if site conditions pose safety risks or violate laws/bylaws.
Vehicle Condition, Fluids & Contents
Remove personal items before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle after removal.
Vehicles should not contain hazardous or prohibited materials (e.g., fuel drums, chemicals, biohazards). We may refuse or surcharge for unsafe contents.
We recycle and dispose of vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations.
Prohibited Uses of the Site
You agree not to:
Interfere with site operation or security;
Use automated scraping without permission;
Misrepresent identity, ownership, or vehicle condition;
Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
Intellectual Property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, photos) is owned by Kingston Junk Car Removal or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Services & Links
We may reference third-party services (e.g., mapping, analytics, payment processing). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

By contacting us or submitting a quote request, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, text, or email about quotes, scheduling, and service updates. You agree that electronic signatures and records related to the transaction are valid and enforceable.
Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify the site, Services, or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written offer/receipt we issue, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
